Hello!
I recently loaded v5.10 and due to a customer complain I tested the debugger. I set up a project containing the demo95.f90 source file.
Project target/config. is "debug Win32". Then I pressed the "Continue Debugging" button. Debugger started, but no Fortran source window.
Only a assembly window to see (titled: "IFC_STDEV!IFC_STDEV".
I changed some of those debug compiler options to see if this helps, but no result.
Finally returned to old DOS box, entered
FTN95 demo95 /debug /link
SDBG demo95.exe
but obtained the same result. Again, no Fortran source window. Just this assembly window. I tried also to debug a version I created using /FULL_DEBUG, but same result. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

Joerg

Press <ctrl+f> and type a fragment of your routine name. If the fragment is vague enough it will show a list of possible routines. After the routine name it will indicate whether you have debug information.

Joerg, Can you send the source file and executable so we can take a look at them.

I have the same problem. Afetr compiling and building, then clicking the green arrow button for the debug session under CheckMate Win32, I cannot see anymore the fortran source window.

Did anyone solve this problem?

Thanks!

Try searching for sdbg.ini on the hard drive and then delete it.

Thank you very much I solved the problem!

I cancelled sdbg.ini and everything restored, I can have again the very efficient debugger session. Have a nice day!

It happens sometimes that a file sdbg.ini is created in the folder C:\WINDOWS. Then after deleting it, the debugger works again as before.
I hope this could be of some help for who found the same problem of mine.

Saluti!
