FTN95 recognises _WIN64 and _WIN32 so these do not need to appear on the FTN95 command line.
_WIN64 is "TRUE" for /64.
So

logical :: bit_64 = .true.
#ELSE
logical :: bit_64 = .false.
#ENDIF |
