Im trying to run program through Plato IDE. I'm getting FTN95 lib link error as below one


Unhandled exception : System. IO.filenotfound exception : couldnot load file or asembly 'ftn95lib', version = 1.1.0.0, culture = neutral , publickeytoken = (some random number) or one of its dependencies


Wrn: assembly binding logging is tuned off.

This error implies FTN95 for .NET has not been installed correctly.

First, are you sure that you need .NET? Alternatives are Win32 (32 bit) and x64 (64 bit).

If you really need .NET then the installer should place the assembly ftn9lib in C:\Windows\assembly. Try reinstalling to see if this fixes it. Alternatively you may have to find a way to manually install the assembly in the GAC (global assembly cache). Microsoft have a GAC utility to do this and the lib can be found typically in C:\Program Files (x86)\Silverfrost\FTN95\redist.
