An oft annoying thing when posting is that there seems to be a pretty short Title length imposecomplete d in the phpBB setup as used on Silverfrost Forum.

It would be very good if the length could be extended (to use the whole title box length !) so that
a) more meaningful & titles could be used
b) searching on the forum could be more recise as a result of having more relevant keywords in the title
