My colleague has found that his SRC (the Salford resource compiler) crashes with the following error
03753088 __chain_memory#24 [+003b]
0375271d __get_memory [+00ea]
03754082 operatorÄnew(unsignedÄint) [+005f]
0043c4e1 RSC_NAME::createDirectoryList(<ref>(<ptr>structÄRSC_NODE)) [+0016]
0043c9a9 RSC_ENTRY::createDirectoryList(unsignedÄshortÄint,<ref>(<ptr>structÄRSC_NODE)) [+0042] [recur= 1]
0043d4ef RSC_TREE::createDirectoryList(<ref>(<ptr>structÄRSC_NODE)) [+0087] [recur= 1]
00434d61 RESOURCES::buildFlatResourceTree() [+00cc]
0042ae0f BuildResourceTable(<ptr>char) [+0018]
He has a full commercial version.
My academic version compiles it.
I'd be grateful for a solution
thanks

There is no difference between the commercial version and the academic version so either the version numbers or the operating system must be different. Hopefully yours is the more recent version if the version numbers are different.
If an upgrade does not solve the problem, then your colleague should post the source code (i.e. put the resource script on this forum) together with details of the operating system that they are using. |
