$50 to anyone who has time to waste on weekend and solves the puzzle of Clearwin property sheet %ps crash. Send me personal message and I will send you the source code containing this %ps I extracted from the larger program. I have many %ps but only this one crashes. It crashes on all my computers with fresh install Windows and fresh FTN95. The program for property sheet is still pretty long, 5000 lines and has many tabs (why it is long and could be why it crashes). I can not find the bug because the damn thing works fine under the debugger but crashes without it. It crashes when I close it by hitting ESC or Exit buttons. If remove few tabs it does not crash in first call but crashes after second one

It crashes only at exit hitting ESC or pushing OK, the OS used are Windows 7 or 8 |

Isn't it a devilry again? John-Silver reports that %ps does not crash on his computer. Can anyone else try it and confirm that? It crashes on all 4 my computers, and did that consistently during last years on all new freshly installed os/ftn95 on a half a dozen harddrives. I will give a link on OneDrive and it is only a source code and few bmp bitmaps so nothing to worry about viruses |

Can anyone else with Win 7 or 8 at least confirm if you also have a crash or not? Will appreciate. That's just a minute work: download - unzip - compile - run - exit with ESC or button - crash? I guarantee a couple of beers for that! |

The Zip file is, I presume, to be found with your keys and cell phone? |

No, i intentionally did not post the link just to restrict the base of code dissemination by personal mailing. I will eventually open the code for everyone, just not now, it has to be moved to 64bits and free source format with less (if not completely removed) older Fortran. If you have time for checking the crash i can send the link via PM
UPDATE: One tester just confirmed that code crashes in Win8.1 like i described it. |

I've PM'd you a link to a copy of the executable which I created which works for me on my Win7 machine Dan, so you can try it and confirm it works OK on your machine. Just another test, I don't know what it'll mean if it doesn't work on your machine(s). Just clutching at straws. |
