First of all, allow me to say, as it is my first post on these forums, that FTN95 Silverfrost along with its Plato IDE proved an easy and wonderful tool for both creating Fortran code and debugging it in Windows 7 environment.

Now, to the subject in question. In Windows 7, even if the application has multiple tabs in itself, the general tab situated on the bottom of the screen is always single representing only the application. However, in Plato case, I have a lot of tabs there representing each of my source files currently opened in the project. Is there a way to disable this feature and have only one tab situated at my bottom bar? Or, if not, may I ask for implementation of this in the next version?

There should only be one icon on the taskbar giving multiple views when you hover over the icon. There is currently no way to disable this.

It currently looks like a few copies of one application running i.e. few stacked icons of Plato on the taskbar. I cannot just click on it and resume my work, I also have to select the source file each time.

I just hover over the icon and then click on the view that matches the file that I want to see.

That's what I do every time and it's pretty tedious Smile All the Windows 7 applications are designed so that their icons, when clicked, bring them on top and are not multiplied if there are few tabs inside the application. It would not be convenient to have 10 stacked icons of your internet browser and choose the tab each time, right? You just bring the browser up and then decide.

I can add this to the wish list but off-hand I don't know how to fix this.
