Is it possible to influence the order of the reference file is the Project explorer ?
I have two reference files needed for Winteracter (winter.lib and winspool.drv).
Now the winter.lib has to be called before winspool.drv otherwise I get linker errors.

All that you can do is to change the natural order in the project file (<project>.ftn95p).
Try editing the .ftn95p file by hand in a text editor.
The order may appear differently in the Project Explorer window but if it does then it is only because the nodes are sorted in alphabetical order. The order in the project file is what you need to look at.
