This article describes the default location of files when using FTN95 for Visual Studio .NET. This applies to default source location and any data files used by an FTN95 program within Visual Studio .NET.

The default file location when using Visual Studio .NET is the main project directory for an FTN95 project. This is usually the directory in which the project was created. For example a common location would be:

C:Documents and Settings(User Name)My DocumentsVisual Studio ProjectsFortranApplication1
The location of default files can always be located by the location of the project file. This has an extension of .ftn95p. The project file for the example above would be:

FortranApplication1.ftn95p

The project file is always resident in the main project directory.
