When moved from XP to Win7 i noticed that my very large and messy code with a lot of Clearwin design became vulnerable to freezes. Freezing event may happen or not, and i am still not completely sure why, i am still gathering experience with this last few months. Typically simple small codes in Clearwin never freeze. The reason why large one do could be due to one subtle small thing conflicting with something. Before in XP such conflicts could cause the crash and error report with at least some info, while now in Win7 you get nothing but the fact the program freezed. Do anybody also experiencing more freezes with Clearwin programs? |

Setting the "Compatibility mode" might help. It might not. |

Yes, it seems this was great suggestion, thanks Paul. I was unable to get to this myself due to inertia of thinking: i sometimes compile this program 100 times a day! |
