Thanks for pointing out the send_accelerator$ and PAD subroutines, i wasn't aware of them, as well as for the C_F_POINTER implementation. |

Do I understand correctly that TOTIME@ takes care of the time zone settings in the 64bit version but not in the 32bit version?

In its 64bit version, TOTIME@ seems to count 64 seconds for a minute and 64 minutes for an hour, see below.
