As things are, you will probably need to use an icon file that contains only the 256x256 image. Otherwise it looks like you will get the first image in the file.

The bounds checking for 64 bits does not work in this context. For the moment it is necessary to add /inhibit_check 20 when using /check.

I will add this to the list of things to investigate.

If you can manage without debug options and you don't need the iostream functions then you might be OK using 64 bit SCC. stdio.h functions are supplied and working.
