I never really understood why you wanted to change the default integer kind to 4 in 64 bit mode.

I always keep multiple copies of FTN95
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Silverfrost\ftn95" is the latest install version, which I don't use in my path.

I tried (an adaptation of) davidb's example of Fri Jul 30, 2010

It worked for CheckMate x64, but failed with Release x64 or Debug x64
However it worked for CheckMate, Release Win32 and ...

All these are significant, as they are related.
I find the bottleneck is with transfers between memory and cache.
So speed of RAM and cache size are the most significant.

I think that it is ok that parameters are not listed in the variable window.
However, when I hovered over a parameter name and right-clicked, could the parameter kind and value then be displayed ?
